Executive Coaching

Leaders and Executives

Leslie’s work focuses on action and in-the-moment experiential learning, not theory. Her unique approach to coaching combines intuitive and practical learning resulting in permanent personal and/or organizational transformation. Her clients become the best possible version of themselves. The results are concrete, measurable, and values-based.

Leslie optimizes the potential of high achievers. Her clients learn to be aware of and to shape the impact of their behavior and actions on the people around them quickly, directly, and powerfully, for the good of all.

Because each company's or individual's situation is different, Leslie uses no formula or pre-designed programs with her clients. Her singular approach teaches clients how to transform their communication and behavior from ineffective or abrasive to powerful and effective in a way that becomes uniquely their own. All Leslie’s executive coaching programs are confidential. Each of her processes are personalized to the specific situation to insure that the exact needs and goals are met.

Selected Case Studies:

As a result of the coaching, in each of these instances the executives’ careers and stature were significantly enhanced.
An introverted managing director of Global Operations at a major investment bank didn’t speak up often at executive meetings. He was viewed as weak. Working from his native strengths, Leslie taught him how to show up powerfully in new ways that were comfortable for him and yet dramatically improved how the others saw him. Result: continuing promotions and more effective management of his area.

A new EVP was hired to succeed the president of an international manufacturing corporation. Leslie taught him how to slowly win over the insiders as an outsider while systematically incorporating high-road values into his decisions. Result: when he took over he created a positive corporate culture, doubled the company’s profits, and was widely respected and accepted as the new leader.

The director of communications for a national educational non-profit had a verbally and emotionally abusive boss. Leslie taught her not only how to survive but to master her relationship with her boss with my “Narcissism 101 Survival” strategies, which include taking the high road and being strategic rather than bitter and retaliative towards a terrible boss. Over time she was able to win her boss’ trust, life became bearable, and she got a promotion.
